NEW YORK SCHOOL STAMP SEIRES & BROCHURES

This project began with an intensive deep dive into the New York School—its origins, philosophy, and cultural impact—before narrowing focus to three of its most influential figures: Paul Rand, Saul Bass, and Herb Lubalin. Each designer’s life, practice, and body of work was studied to distill their unique contributions into a cohesive design system.
STAMP SERIES

Each stamp captures the essence of these designers’ distinctive styles—Rand’s playful yet structured compositions, Bass’s cinematic storytelling, and Lubalin’s masterful typography. The envelope design and cancellation sealextend this concept, incorporating elements inspired by the New York School style.
BROCHURES

The brochures expand on the research, charting the rise of the New York School from the 1940s–1970s. With bold typography, archival references, and expressive layouts, the series reflects the movement’s evolution and enduring impact on contemporary design.
